The American market now has the wonderful opportunity to experience the class and beauty of the Nokia E72 and N97 Mini has the Finland based mobile phone manufacturers have released both phones for purchase. The N97 was the first to be introduced into the market just a few days ago. The mobile phone can be purchased online at the Nokia USA online store or at Dell and Amazon. The E72 on the other hand is now on sale and can be purchased at Nokia online store as we write and it is SIM free.

As the name suggest, the Nokia N97 mini is the smaller version of the popular high-end N97 and the form factor is not different from the previous one. Though there are some obvious differences when both are compared side by side, users can still get some good enough space with the addition of a 16GB memory card. The Touchscreen display and the QWERTY keyboard layout is also worthy of mention too.

Buying the N97 in the US cost $579.00 from the online store of Nokia. The price is however different when you make your purchase at either Amazon or Dell. You can get it at $479 which is $100 cheaper than what you pay at the Nokia online store. Christmas is very much around the corner and the Nokia N97 is a lovely phone to have when you go for your shopping.

The introduction of the Nokia E72 looks like a great replacement for the Nokia E71. The features are wonderful and Nokia seems to have leveraged on the hardware Specification. The 5-megapixel photo snapper is an upgrade from the 3.2 mp of the E72. You can find it when you visit the Nokia USA website and it goes for the sum of $469 which is lesser than the European version of the E72. As a matter of fact, it is about 80 Euros less in price.

Finnish folk have never been known for their style. Certainly not when it comes to producing cool, film or other so-called parts of trendy-culture. Which might explain the frankly hilarious choice of music and complete lack of razzmatazz in this video showing off the all-new Nokia E72

But then, we have to say this is what we absolutely love about Nokia. They’ve never been ones to pursue flashness over substance. When the 5800 first came out for example, we were a little disappointed by the slightly clunky looks and seemingly basic OS. But the more and more people we know who own them, the more people we know who rave about how absolutely brilliant it is. Same goes for the E71 – whoever bought one, if they weren’t already – was an instant Nokia fan for life. And we think the Nokia E72 is going to create just as many hardcore Nokia fans as the E71 did. Not the case for the HTC Snap for example, with excusers constantly having to say “it looks better in real life, honest it does!” And the amount of work Nokia have put into improving the all round performance of the thing goes way past what anyone could have expected them to do with an already winning formula. So, we forgive you Finland for producing a phone company that is so meek and modest they don’t have the ego to produce an annoyingly in-your-face video to promote what’s going to be an absolute stonker of a phone come this autumn’s release of the Nokia E72. In fact, we might just watch it one more time. That music’s kind of catchy, in it’s own way…
